Classes are held for:

NEW FOR 2008

Any Native Hill Breed.

Black & Brown Face,  White Face Lowland(excluding Texel), 

Texel, Continental (excluding Texel)                                                                          

Ryeland, and  Untrimmed Local.

There are also Butcher’s Lambs,  and Pet Lamb classes.

PLEASE NOTE; SCRAPIE MONITORING SCHEME RULES

All exhibitors MUST sign that they have read and complied with these on the entry form.

All females of all breeds except Dorset Horn, Polled Dorset and Finnish Landrace must

a) be non-pregnant (empty)

b) have not lambed within 30 days prior to entry to the Show

c) not subject to procedures which change the seasonal breeding pattern

There will be separate areas for Maedi-Visna Registered Sheep.
