The Schedule for 2019’s Nevern Show is available to download HERE

You can read it and post your entry with fee to the Hon Secretary. We will also distribute as many as we can to local shops and farmers’ co-operatives. The entry form is available to download HERE.

You will need to send us an A5 stamped £1.10p (large) addressed envelope.

Cattle Section


whatever class they are entering. Classes will follow on in Rings 1 and 2.

No set times for individual classes

Classes start at 9.30 am for:

  • Black and White Dairy Cattle
  • Coloured Dairy Cattle
  • Dairy Interbreed Production
  • On-Farm Dairy Herds
  • Local Interbreed Classes for Dairy
  • Native Beef Cattle
  • Non-Native Beef Cattle
  • Commercial Beef
  • Local Interbreed Classes for Beef Cattle
  • Young Handler Classes for Beef and Dairy Cattle
  • Herefords Cattle

Classes Start at 9.30am. Full details in the 2019 Schedule.

Sheep Section

All sheep must be ON THE FIELD and off-loaded by 9.30 am

Classes for:

  • Lowland Black and Brown Face
  • Lowland White Face (excluding Texel)
  • Texel
  • Continental Breeds (excluding Texel)
  • Any Native Hill Breed
  • Ryeland
  • Untrimmed
  • Butchers Lambs
  • Pet Lamb
  • Coloured Ryelands

Classes start at 10.00am. No admittance to Maedi-Visna Area without MV forms. Full details will be available in the Schedule.

Horse Section

You must enter in advance for AFFILIATED classes, BUT for NON-AFFILIATED classes, you may  enter on the day for a premium entry fee.

Ridden Classes for:

There will be a Ridden Coloured Class

  • Working Hunters- NB- NOVICE = horse/pony never to have won 1st Prize
  • Ridden Cobs
  • Ridden Hunters
  • Tivyside Riding Club Open Jumping
  • Pony Trekking
  • Family Pony
  • Fancy Dress (child and pony – ridden/leading rein)

In-Hand Showing for:

Nevern is affiliated to the Welsh Pony & Cob Society. Full details must be completed on entry forms. NEVERN SHOW IS A WPCS  BRONZE MEDAL SHOW 2016

    Hi is the schedule ready to download as I can’t seem to find it??? Please could you tell me what your regulations are for hats in the ridden cob class (what kite mark do they have to have? Do they have to have a three point harness or are beaglers allowed??

    Hi, could you tell me what the actual class entry number is for the mare and foal Welsh Section D at your show please? On my copy it says 114 for Foal which is before the Barren Mares and 119 is Brood mare with foal at foot. As entry closing date is looming I want to know that I am entering the correct class number.
